My Summer Plans

Well I actually don't have any plans. I hope I get hired at the one of the jobs I've applied for or maybe even get hired at two. Most likely I will just hang out with girlfriend and my best friend's and play Rock Band and Call of Duty online. Then probably take my car camping often and explore the woods. Then I'm going to sit my ass down and read for a half hour everyday just so I can make someone in the world happy. Have a great summer readers.

The Character I'm Most Similar To

I would have to say Zach would have to be the closest to being some what like me. When his friends threw a bottle at some white folks he wouldn't rat out his friends because he didn't want to ruin their friendship over something so dumb. I had something similar happen. I was with two friends that I guess felt like letting out some anger by slashing tires. I just walked with them and let them do whatever they wanted and just talked the whole time. When the cops showed up I refused to give out their names or even be a part of it. For that I paid the same price as if I did the damage myself. Like Zach did.

The One Who You'd Think Should Be Blood Related

Well I'd have to say my best friend Bobby Stevens. We've never fought over anything or even argued for that matter. Sometimes my girlfriend gets jealous because we argue way more than I and Bobby do. The only thing we sometimes disagree on are taste in foods which obviously isn't something to get mad over and not want to be friends. We both can play basketball, video games, drive cars, or just skip school sometimes and go fishing at Detroit. We can also just sit and be bored watching TV. He could be like "Dude what you doin?" "I'd say nothing just bored watching TV," and he'd be like "Cool Ima come over and be bored too." We both also have the same interest in music. I play guitar and drums and he plays just drums. We both like rap, hip hop, rock, metal, alternative, and very little country. He's just as much of a brother to me as my older brother is, but even my older brother doesn't have as much in common as we do. That's probably just because my real brother is ten years older than I. Both our parents say we're brothers and call us both sons.

5 Things I Know About The Book

One of the settings I can remember is the peach tree field with a tree house some where in the middle of the field. Where lily goes to let her mind wonder free.

The second would have to be the jail. She describes how many cells there are and the smells that flow through the air.

Third I'd say would be the hospital when she talks about how it looked like a apartment with the pink curtains and flowers all over and the smell of roses.

Forth would have to be Augusts house with her two sisters. June, and May. They live in a pink house with honey bee farms outside. It smells of sweet honey inside the house and theres pink pillows and pink rugs.

My Fifth thing I remember about the book is the pick up T-ray drives. Old rusty Ford with a supercab and short bed.

Sunny Weekend

Well I had a decent time I guess. Friday I hung out with my best friend for like 3 hours. Then I hung out with my girlfriend for little bit for basically a booty call is what she calls it. Then Saturday I went and helped out my mom's boyfriend pick out a new Teryx for the sand dunes. I hung out with a couple other buddies and watched Mall Cop, The Day The Earth Stood Still, and Resident Evil 4. Then as we sobered up from the movies we played xbox 360 Call of Duty World At War online. Sunday I pretty much did nothing but sleep for the most part cause I forgot about Memorial Day and I was thinking there was school the next day and I wanted my rest. I slept till noon then my brother had the day off so I went to his place and rode his 76 Honda scooter around the neighborhood. I can't take it out on the street because it doesn't have a title and everyone knows how bad cops suck around here. Lucky me there were no cops. Then I helped him split wood the old fashioned way. Sweat, hard work, and an axe. It was getting late by then so he went to bed. Then I went home (across the street) and just watched TV for the rest of the night. Monday morning I got up for school and my mom was wondering why I was up and I made a smart ass remark "I like to be at the titty club bright and early". She glared at me and said "nice one", and told me its Memorial Day so there is no school. Well before she finished saying it was Memorial Day I already was headed towards my bed. Again slept till noon then pretty much just watched TV again and then I actually went shopping with my mom for the first time in some odd years. After shopping my girlfriend came over we watched Mall Cop cause she's never seen it. Then we had a fire out back and just sat and watched it in peace.

Three Things I Like About The Book

Secret Life Of Bees

Well I don't necessarily like the book. I find it kinda boring and it doesn't interest me. The only facts about the book is The Civil Rights movements. I think its boring because its about the black and white BS. I want that crap to be done with and we're equal. So I lose a lot of interest right there. Another thing is that I really don't like books. It takes certain books to actually interest me and want to read it. All in all I guess if you like books you'll like this one.

The Queen Bee

I think the queen bee is Lily because the story is from her point of view. The author wrote everything from Lily's point of view. If you were the reader you'd see that the only way you could tell whats happening in the story is through her eyes. The reader can't understand how another character in the book is feeling unless Lily knows how their feeling.

Three Things About Bees

1. The queen bee gets pregnant by drone bee's that have no actual purpose but to mate with the queen bee. The queen bee can live up to 3 years.

2. Worker bee's are the ones who go on pollen runs and bring it back to the hive. They also are the ones who will give their lives to protect the hive and their queen.

3. When the queen bee and the drone are mating they have to do their business in the sky. Shortly after words the poor little drone bee is dead from exhaustion.

Secret Life Of Bee's

Jail. She thinks jail would be like how it is in the old western movies but when she get there its nothing like it at all. she says the walls were pink and had flower print curtains in the window. Only that's the jailers living quarters. There was only two jail cells and its reeked of drunk people. They're carved words in the bench's.

Shes a famous writer and she knows how to describe the scenes back in the day and she uses old western words. Shes also white and tells a good tale about being black. Shes also been to college and after she graduated she smoked a lot of Pot . Then she got all these crazy and amazing ideas about how to write books. Sadly the last sentence I made up but it would make a nice story.

Plans For The Weekend

Well tomorrow I and my friend are going head up to Detroit Dam and do some old fashioned fishing. We might even try this old Japanese fishing pole I have. Then we're probably going to head back to his place and play drums on Rock Band on his Xbox 360. Then Sunday I have to weed and feed the front yard then pressure wash my quad from last weekend's fun. Then I have to spend time with my girlfriend or she'll complain. We're probably going to go to the movies if she buys. Then I'm going to walk my weener dog that lives at her place. After all this I'm going to wake up on Monday, go to school, and pretty much start all over again.

Lily Breaking Rosaleen Out Of Jail

Well if she wanted to make it more exciting she could of took T Rays gun and held the guards hostage until they let Rosaleen go.

She could of gotten used doctor clothes from the laundry room and dressed up as a doctor then said "I'm sorry I need you strong fellas to go get me one of other beds from downstairs." Then got Rosaleen out of there.

My Big Bro

My brother is Eric W. He has always been there for me since I was a little squirt. I remember when I was 7 I annoyed him so much that he had to tie me to a chair just to hold me still for a few hours. He wears casual clothes and he builds his own gas powered toys. He always works himself to the bone. I never see him not doing some kind of project. He also lets me get away with things of course mom doesn't approve of. My brother respects my privacy so I'm also able to talk to him like I would a best friend. He also has an amazing wife that I'm able to call sister because she's almost just as cool as my bro. Only instead of her being a mechanic she's a chef. My bro is also pretty laid back and that has to be my favorite part about him.

The Middle Of The Night

It was the middle of the night and suddenly I remembered I left the damn dog outside. When I got outside on the back porch I heard barking in the distance. I didn't see my dog in the back yard anywhere. Then after a few more moments I noticed a strange smell that I recognized. It smelt a lot like marijuana. I can still hear the dog barking as I poked my head up over the fence. I can see black and gray smoke a few houses down, and I jumped over the neighbors fence and ran around out front. Sure enough it was my dog barking. I called my dog to me as I called 911. Police and fire fighters came within 5 minutes. Half hour later the fire was under control and I asked the officer what started the fire and he replied. "Your neighbors marijuana green house caught on fire when the cat knocked over the propane heater." I asked, well how do you know there was a cat in there?. He replied "we found the poor little sucker fried to a crisp up against the wall." I went back home in shock, and I made sure I had nothing running that night, but mine and my dogs heart.

Pick Your Own Prompt

"When did you feel the most free? Write about it."

The last time I felt free was about 2 years ago when I was camping with my girlfriends family way into the woods. That was by a huge lake and there was not a soul in sight. I went hiking up the jungle like woods with just I and my girlfriend. Breathing the fresh mountain air, having nothing to worry about except for spiders and bears. We found a very nice big tree on top of a hill, and it was almost like something you'd see in the movies. It was the only tree on top of the hill, and it arched over the cliff side toward the lake. We sat there for least an hour watching the squirrels run around the tree and let the nice cool air flow run through the tree branches. There was a beautiful blue sky with very little clouds up over head. Time was all to short that day, but at the same time it feels like it lasted me a life time.

The Future

I'm 38 and my names Colt. I have two little kids and a beautiful/wonderful wife. Who I've been married too for about 11 years. I currently work two jobs. One I'm working as car mechanic, and my other job I work as a part time truck driver. My wife stays home and takes care of my young. I have a decent home with a nice RV pad on the side, unfortunately no RV. There's a very nice green lawn I taught my wife how to take care of while I'm away. We only have 3,201 sq feet of property, an only like 300 of that is the lawn. She loves growing her garden out back, sometimes I think she watches it more than the kids. I have a very beautiful car that I will spend the rest of my life paying for. Its Ford Gt 2010, and my wife drives a very nice Ford Fusion Hybrid 2010. Sadly all stock. I also have a very cool wolf dog that I've had since he was about the size of a water bottle. He's getting old an can't run as much as he use too when he was young. He just hit 8 years last month, but he still has his night piercing blue eye's.

On one hand its not bad getting older and watching your young grow older and stronger. On the other hand it does make me miss my mother though. She passed away just a year ago at the age of 69. she was always kind and very loving, and always very supporting even when i was young and dumb. I was always getting myself into trouble one way or another even if I didn't even try. Now my father I basically considered my third hand, the one that is never there. I don't miss him much. He left my family when I was at the age of 14, and even until then he wasn't very much of a father. He'd purposely try to make me cry. He'd scream an yell at my mother day in and day out, and the worst part about him is that he wasn't even an alcoholic.

I do however have a very awesome older brother. He was born 10 years before my time, and I thought I was starting to feel old. He's been married for almost 24 years. He has 1 teenager who gets into more trouble than a street fighter, and its a girl. He drives a very cool blue F-250 Ford pickup with a 12 inch lift. 419 Horsepower with 608 Ft pounds of torque, and its riding on 39 inch tires. His wife drives a purple 69 fastback Mustang that's pushing 500 horse, an 620 Ft pounds of torque. They have had their home for almost 26 years, an its been repainted almost every 3 years. He has a super fast SmokerCraft fishing boat that's powered by Honda.

Overall my life experience has been short and has more downs than ups, but not everyone can have a perfect life. I still keep finding ways to look forward to cashing my check and driving home to my wife kids, and my dog.

If I Was a Super Hero

If I had any super powers I'd want to be a vampire. I'd want to be able to stick my nails into concrete walls and climb up them at a very fast pace. I wouldn't mind having almost eternal life. I also wouldn't be a blood sucker to the death of humans, like how people make them seem like they're evil. I'd do it for the good. I would take a little blood from many humans to satisfy my vampire needs. I would also be invisible in war. I'd help protect our country if somebody like Iraq decided to airplane bomb us again or something similar. I'd help take murderers off the street by sucking their veins dry. The only person that I would make sure knew who or what I was would have to be the president of the United States.

This I believe

I believe people should all be equal in power. What normally happens to someone with power? They get greedy, overwhelmed, thick headed, and of course, controlling. I believe the police should not have so much power because they're basically able to do anything they want and be able to get away with it.

I've heard many stories of police purposely planting evidence in people's homes just so they can bring them in for questioning or to just bust them, because the police say "I had a feeling in my gut that he/she is the one".

I've also heard that a police officer was behind a car at a drive through and like usual the worker hands out a bag of the customers order, and somehow the police officer said that, that looked suspicious and he got out of his car and searched the customers bag, and found an ounce of marijuana in the bag. Now, how would a normal human being all of a sudden know what's hiding in a bag at a fast food drive through? Does this mean a police officer can check everyone's bag of food just because he wants to know what you ordered?

I myself have an example of getting in trouble with the law and all for dumb reasons. My first time I got in trouble with the law was from a traffic ticket. I was cruising down the street in a 1975 F-250 Ford pickup and there was a light coming up ahead and I got about a truck length and a half away from the white crosswalk painted lines. The light turned yellow at that time and I tried stopping but there was no way I could have in time in my big pickup so I kept going and went all the way through the light. After I got about 20 feet or more through the light it turned red. The police officer pulled me over about a mile away after the light and gave me a ticket for running a red light which in fact was yellow. As anyone knows the law enforcer's word rules over a normal working citizens word. He tried telling me, "Oh I have you on video," and such but the police officer would never show me this video. I argued about this in court and guess how it turned out? Yup, you guessed it, I had to pay the fine.

From all the stories I've heard about the police and court I believe its safe to say that the job of a police officer can become too overwhelming and they get so used to having too much power that they lose control of who they really are. There are people that do deserve their tickets and there are people who deserve to be locked up or fined with a big load. But I believe the amount of cash they expect someone to pay over some tickets should be decreased by far. Having bad experiences with cops also makes me believe they only have that job for the money and pleasure of ruining some peoples lives and knowing they can get away with it without a fight. I believe that even vs a police officer a person should be considered innocent until proven guilty.
